Full payment should be made within five working days after submitting the signed registration form. Payment should always be made in Euros unless indicated otherwise. DigiSphere accepts all kinds of credits card payments as well as bank transfer, on conditions that the payment is made within 4-5 working days upon receiving the proforma invoice, once the payment is complete, a confirmation letter and invoice will be sent. The fee of the event includes the possibility to download post-event material, access to the conference hall & materials, refreshments, lunches and snacks. Each delegate will be responsible for their own hotel accommodation and travel expenses; however, DigiSphere will negotiate and offer the best possible hotel rates for its delegates in the hotel in which the event will take place.

Substitution of delegate(s) is possible without extra fees involved; however, the delegate(s) is obliged to notify DigiSphere of the change(s) at least 3 days before the event date to make the necessary arrangements for the substitute(s).

In case a delegate would like to cancel their participation for some unexpected circumstances, the delegate can do so by sending a cancellation letter four (4) weeks before the event date in order to obtain full credit note for any future event organized by DigiSphere. The fees charged are strictly non-refundable. In case DigiSphere decides to cancel an on-going event, the delegate(s) would receive a 100% refund of their payment. Delegates not showing up at the event does not count as cancellation. DigiSphere shall assume no liability whatsoever in case this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous events such as natural disasters, trade or industrial disputes, sabotage, accidents, outbreak of disease, terrorism, acts of warfare etc. however, a full credit note would be given in each of the cases mentioned above.

DigiSphere agrees to strictly keep clients’ information confidential in its database until the completion of the event. The client agrees to give DigiSphere the authority to keep their information in its database and use the information in connection with the event if necessary. Client information will be removed immediately after receiving a written request by the delegate.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the delegate provides consent for the sharing of their data, including full name, job title, company, and contact information, with official event sponsors and partners. Delegates who opt not to share their data with our event sponsors and partners may do so by submitting a written request.

Booking forms submitted without a signature are not considered valid. As the organizers of this event DigiSphere reserves all the right to postpone the event to a later date, make changes to the location or confirmed speakers. In case the client decides to cancel their participation for these reasons the client will receive a full credit note which covers the amount paid to attend any future event organized by DigiSphere. The hotel information may not be provided at the time of registering to the event but should be ready at least one month before the event dates.

The information included in this brochure is strictly meant for the company or person who directly received this brochure from DigiSphere. In NO circumstance should this brochure be published on the internet or be made available to the general public without the consent of DigiSphere. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced and distributed by DigiSphere in connection with this event are explicitly reserved and any unauthorized distribution, duplication or publication is strictly prohibited.
